A clean jar muslin elastic band

Today I'm going to sprout mung bean

Long time them deh pon di scene
Put the beans in the Jar
Then cover them with water
Let it stand for about 12 hours
Overnight if you desire
Then drain the water out of the Jar
Rinse them off with more water
Water about room temperature
Repeat this every 12 hours
So let’s let it go through it’s phase
And come back in a few days
