Lyrics:
A lot of people are going to find this relevant
A lot of people are lactose intolerant
The milk just doesn't digest
Is that a problem yes
When I was young
They said milk was the only place you can get Calcium
For some reason me never realise the milk a give me belly problem
But it's a problem that I overcome
And now my gastritis done
Through research and me ask question
It was like a revelation
Pow You can get Calcium without drinking the milk of a cow
Wow just from Fruit and vegetables someone tell me how
Milks perfect for a calf from the mother
Nothing else drinks the milk of another
I know you would shudder
If you saw someone with their head under and udder
Some said I was a nutter
Because me cut out the cheese and butter
But my stomach said thank you in its own way
It can talk you know it can utter
Lot of Calcium sources round here
Sesame seeds also the Chia
Kale Pak Choy some leafy greens
Baobab Moringa some kinds of beans
Figs Apricots that are dried
Them even have foods that are fortified
Okra Oranges Quinoa too
Get that Calcium inside of you
Magnesium Vitamins D and K
Help the Calcium along the way
