Today a lot of food’s been dumping

Don’t you think it's a waste of Pumpkin
Most Pumpkins I've ever seen
Is at the time they call Halloween
Some people nah think about cuisine
And all the good things that they have in
Look at all that Beta-Carotene
Look at the seeds so much protein
Look at the iron potassium the vitamins
The minerals the fibre you see what I
mean
Just seems like a waste
Having a Pumpkin only to carve out a face
Not even a taste
And there's so many Pumpkins inna the place
I know a lot of Pumpkins are grown specifically
For Halloween and not nutritionally
But the good ones too eventually
Get thrown away too consequentially, cho
You know it is the truth
Could have make a little soup
Could have give it to the youth
With all the benefits that it produce
What me eat Wednesday Wha me Eat
No meat always a treat
No tricks no cheat
