For this we a go use green plantain
Peel it first take off the skin
Coconut milk is the next thing
Add to the plantain start blending
Then get a pot of water boiling
Put the coconut milk and the plantain in
As the porridge gets thicker keep stirring
Or else you might burn up the thing
You can add cinnamon and vanilla
A sweetener of your choice a healthier sugar
When it's smooth and ready you will discover
A porridge with plantain like no other
