Pomegranate juice is very expensive
But the fruit itself is cheaper on the shelf
So what about making the juice yourself
Pomegranate juice make we start off
First thing , cut it in half
You see the pith and the seeds
For the juice the seeds it needs
Get a bowl and a spoon made of wood
Hit the back the seeds come out good
You see there are some seeds left
Use your hands and take out the rest
Then, you put them in the blender
Next you can add a little water
Blend, then you get your container
Then you pour it through a strainer
Use a spoon to help it get through
Might take a minute or two
When you left with the pulp residue
There’s your Pomegranate juice that’s all you have to do
There that wasn't so hard to prepare
In the shops expensive and dear
Give us a like or even a share

They will add it for free also if you wish
Steam vegetables really steam cabbage
Get some cabbage to begin
Cut it in half and slice it thin
Dash weh the core you nu want that in

What other vegetables do they put in?
Most of the time carrot is the thing
Slice it up nice and thin
Now it's ready for the so called steaming
Put the oil of your choice in a skillet
Sauté some onions and garlic
Thyme and scallion add it to it

Add the cabbage and carrot and stir it
Then if you want some scotch bonnet
Then add some water just a little bit
Make it cook for 15 minutes

This vegan sushi is my choice
So I'm going to use wild rice
Most recipes rice vinegar you’ll find
But for my sushi I'm going to use lime
Cook the rice as you normally would
Wild rice takes longer so make it cook good
Add the lime and mix it around
Then put it one side to cool down
The next stage after that
You need a bamboo sushi mat
It helps but if you haven't got that
You've got to improvise with something you've got
Put the bamboo mat down flat
Pon a clean surface tabletop
Put a Nori sheet on top
That’s dried seaweed if you didn't know that
Seaweed in all of its glory
Spread the rice pon top of the Nori
Leave a gap at the top of the sheet
To seal the roll when it's complete
Next is the filler can be whatever
Use your initiative be clever
I'm using avocado and cucumber
Spring onions and sweet pepper
Cut them up and put them together
Place them at the lower quarter
Now roll using your finger
And seal the end with a little water
Last thing get a knife
Cut it once in half then twice
Cut it again until you have 8
Last thing put it on the plate

You only need a little bit of pepper not a lotta
If you use a lotta pepper then you could become a cropper
Little bit of pepper just to make it little hotter
And if you do it proper it can medically matter
Cayenne pepper information very good for circulation
And its good for stimulation and reduces inflammation
I know without no question that it is helpful for congestion
Also the suggestion that helps with indigestion
An ingredient within that is called capsaicin
Is used in many pain killing creams for the skin
I know it’s good for pain ,seen it time and time again
Personally seen the Cayenne stop a migraine
Even a toothache that can keep you awake

Jamaica’s national dish is Ackee and saltfish
But this is vegan so we leave the fish out the dish
We have to find a good substitute
I know, we a go use Jackfruit
Saute some onions and garlic
In some coconut oil for a couple of minutes
You can add a little pepper to this
Could be cayenne or the good old scotch bonnet
Prepare the Jackfruit break it up
Remove some of the parts that are tough
Shred it in your fingers hands on stuff
Add it to the pan when you think that's enough
Add more seasoning now if you wish
Bell peppers thyme tomatice(tomato)
If you are adding salt only add a little bit
Of the pink Himalayan or the grey Celtic
Cook it down for about 15 minutes
Get the ackee add it to it
With a fork a delicate mix
Simmer down for a bit that’s it
What does it go with it’s your choice
Could be quinoa, bulghar peas and rice
Take my advice
Vegan ackee and jackfruit nice
