Studio: The Studio is designed by Camilo Rodriguez who worked for Mirror Image Recording NYC. His design style is very reminiscent of Francis Mazella from FM Designs. The mains in the room are the legendary Auspburger Horns. The studio has state of the art computer and a classic SSL 6000 E/G+ mixing desk with excellent outboard gear. Every record you ever heard in the last 30 years has somehow found its way to being mixed on this style desk.

LENNY FONTANA & D-TRAIN - WHEN YOU FEEL WHAT LOVE HAS
“When You Feel What Love Has” is the brand new 2016 song and dance production from D-Train and House music legend DJ Lenny Fontana. Lenny at the helm in the studio alongside James ‘D-Train’ Williams, together they have created another classic New York dance-floor hit with crisp beats and infectious melodies wrapped around a vocal that could only ever be recognised as the power-tones of James himself. The refrain “open my arms, I can’t believe, open my arms I can’t receive it” is a deep-rooted D-Train hook, perfectly executed as if it was straight off one of the act’s Prelude 12” smashes from the mid-80’s, the way that those songs always had a secondary vocal hook cleverly layered into the journey of the song like “with the love I have inside of me we can turn this world around” from “You’re The One” was a secondary, yet strong hook line that resonated on the dance floor. “When You Feel What Love Has” has that magic too as the rhythm reverberates around the room enrapturing your senses into one.
With five mixes, all high in production from the Original, the NYC Deeper Dubb plus NYC Deep Dubb Instrumental along with the Radio and instrumental from the Original mix. A perfect set..

Each week, you will learn how to build up your track by working on the elements in detail to achieve the perfect sound you wish to create. The classes require you to have either Digital Performer, Cubase, Ableton or Logic, and a computer and headphones. These classes will be suitable for all levels of ability. This will be a two-hour instructional course taught by one of the most skilled International DJs, Producer, Remixer in the Electronic House, House, and Disco scene. Lenny will run through the tools that you will be working with as well as teaching you the importance of sequencing. These classes will help you to identify your own personal style and Lenny will also be revealing some of his own production skills and tips to ensure you achieve that perfect sound.

CLASS 2. SEQUENCING A HOUSE / DISCO / BEAT
In this class Lenny will introduce the Basic 4 To The Floor sound explaining the functions of Quantize, Cutting, and Pasting. Lenny will demonstrate the importance of using additional sounds to the rhythm tracks, such as crashes, percussion and effect sounds. Identifying different drum sounds and using different various methods such as samples, plug ins and loops will enable you to create your own sounds using both audio samples and midi programming.

Finding a selection of sounds needed to fit into your production in order of styling. Lenny will demonstrate the use of Rhodes, Piano, Bass Guitar, Strings, Horns and Lead Sounds. We will look at how these sounds work together to bring your track to life. In this class, Lenny will explain the structure of a song and identify Verse Vocal from A Chorus Vocal which could potentially become the key hook in your production. Lenny will also be focusing and instructing the use of vocal samples as key parts in your production. Steve Silk Hurley also known as J. M. Silk (for "Jack Master Silk"), is an American club DJ, house music producer, and songwriter. From 1985 to 1988, he had four top-10 singles on the US Dance chart, including the number-one hit "I Can't Turn Around", all released in collaboration with Keith Nunnally as J. M. Silk. With "Jack Your Body" (number 25 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play), he topped the UK Singles Chart in January 1987 as a solo artist, while one of his later compositions, "Work It Out" from 1989, brought him his fifth top-10 record on the US Dance chart (at number three).
To date, Hurley's last charting single is "The Word Is Love (Say the Word)", also known as "Silk's Anthem of Life" by The Voices of Life, which peaked at number 26 in 1997 in the UK. Steve Hurley is a four-time Grammy Award nominee; two times as Remixer of the Year, Non-Classical (in 1999 and 2000), and twice for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical (in 2002 and 2003). Kathy Sledge has had several hits on the International Pop and Hot Dance Music Club Play Chart, including “Take Me Back To Love Again", which hit #1 in 1992.
